A key part of this commitment is our dedication to food safety and, specifically, the principles set forth by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) approach.
To this end, Calico has implemented the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety and we are delighted to announce that we achieved an “AA” grade on our BRC re-certification audit completed November 2020. This tremendous accomplishment is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the whole Calico team and a testament to our focus on continuous improvement.
